This support agreement dated as of July 13, 2020 (together with all schedules annexed hereto and incorporated herein, the "Agreement") is entered into by and among: (i) Calfrac Well Services Ltd. (the "Company"), (ii) Calfrac Holdings LP and Calfrac Well Services Corp.
