We refer to the fiscal agency agreement dated 30 March 2006 as supplemented by a first supplemental fiscal agency agreement dated 1 June 2007 (as further amended or supplemented from time to time, the Agency Agreement) in relation to the 7.875% Notes due 2036 (the Notes) of The President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for and on behalf of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (the Issuer) and made between the Issuer, Citigroup Global Markets Deutschland AG & Co. KGaA as registrar (the Registrar, which expression shall include any successor to Citigroup Global Markets Deutschland AG & Co. KGaA in its capacity as Registrar), Citibank N.A., London Branch as fiscal agent (the Fiscal Agent, which expression shall include any successor to Citibank N.A., London Branch in its capacity as Fiscal Agent) and the other Paying Agents and the Transfer Agents named therein.
