This document sets forth the terms of the contract between Jensen Jewelers of Idaho, LLC (“Jensen Jewelers, Jensen Credit, LLC, we, our, us”), the applicant for revolving credit (“Customer, you, your”), and any co-applicant (“Co-Signer, you, your”) signing this document (“Agreement”). Upon final approval of Jensen Jewelers, this Agreement shall be in full force and effect. Final approval of any credit rests with the main office of Jensen Jewelers in Twin Falls, Idaho.
