This Partner Design & Construction Agreement (Agreement) is hereby entered into and between the National Park Service (NPS), an agency of the United States Department of the Interior, and City of Johns Creek, a Georgia municipal corporation (“Johns Creek,” “City,” or “Partner”). The purpose of this Agreement is to set out the terms and conditions under which the Partner will design, construct, and donate to the United States, for the NPS’s use, a multi-use greenway trail (Project) in the Abbotts Bridge Unit of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area (“Park,” “CRNRA,” or “CHAT”). Throughout this Agreement, the NPS and the Partner may be referred to jointly as “the parties.”
