(“CCA”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 101- A Log Canoe Circle, Stevensville, MD 21666 and Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and CCA may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).

(“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin with offices at 8001 West Jefferson, Ft. Wayne, IN 46804 (Verizon and CCA may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
