THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, made and entered into this 24th day of February, 2021 by and between the TOWN OF MORRISVILLE, a Municipality of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to “the Town,” and WAKE COUNTY, a public body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as "the County," the County and the Town being jointly referred to herein as “the Parties.”
