During the term of this Agreement, IEX grants to Data Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to receive and use the information related to the data produced and disseminated by IEX ATS selected in the Data Feed Subscription section of the Data Feed Order Form and System Description, attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “IEX Data”) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
