By your acceptance below, you consent to receive your Periodic Statements (Deposit Accounts, Electronic Services, Consumer Loans), account activity notices, annual Notice of Billing Error Rights, Privacy Notice, Annual Electronic Funds Transfer notice and year-end tax statements electronically. You may access your statements as PDF documents through the True North Federal Credit Union’s Online Banking site. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader™ software to access the statements and a printer or ability to download the statements for your records. The statements for the new month will be available on the first (1st) day of each month. You have the right to request and receive periodic statements in paper form at any time or you may withdraw your consent for online statements by contacting any branch, by calling (907) 523-4700 or emailing memberservice@truenorthfcu.org. There are no fees or account restrictions for choosing to withdraw your consent for online statements or to receive paper
