Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava (“Institution”) and“Principal Investigator”), with an effective date 03Nov2015 (“Agreement”). Nanovector ASA, („Zadavatel“), Fakultní nemocnicí Ostrava („zdravotnickézařízení“) a, („Hlavní zkoušející“), s datem účinnosti 3. listopadu 2015 (dále jen „smlouva“). This Amendment is effective as of the date of the last signature. Tento dodatek je účinný od data podpisu poslední smluvní strany. The parties agree to the following modifications in the Agreement: Strany souhlasí s následujícími úpravami smlouvy: The current EXHIBIT A - STUDY BUDGET of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the new (updated)ATTACHMENT A, attached hereto at EXHIBIT 1.
