The Daniel Boone Gun Club range facilities are the Private Property of the Daniel Boone Gun Club, Inc. All persons entering the premises of Daniel Boone Gun Club, Inc. shall be required to sign this Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement once in each calendar year, and the Agreement shall be durable throughout that calendar year. Persons who enter the premises without signing or having signed this Agreement in or for the current calendar year, do so without the permission of the Daniel Boone Gun Club, Inc., and are advised to leave immediately or be subject to prosecution under law. Members are encouraged to make copies of this Agreement for family members and other guests they bring to the range premises. Members are reminded that members are responsible for informing family members and guests of the Rules of the range, and for the conduct of family members and guests in accordance with those Rules.
