This Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) is entered into by and between The Astronauts Memorial Foundation (AMF), a Florida corporation not for profit, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" or "Landlord," and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Kennedy Space Center (KSC), hereinafter referred to as "Lessee" or "NASA." NASA enters into this lease in accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act, 51 U.S.C. § 20113(c). Lessor and Lessee may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
