This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of October 5, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), between Synergem Technologies, Inc. (“Synergem”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at PO Box 911, 523 South Stephens Street, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 125 High Street - Oliver Tower, 7th Floor, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Synergem may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
