This agreement is made effective this 1st day of November, 2011 between the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, (hereinafter referred to as “Employer”) and the Pacific Media Workers Guild, CWA Local 39521 (hereinafter referred to as “Guild”) chartered by The NewsGuild/CWA, AFL-CIO, CLC, for itself and on behalf of all the employees described in Article I.
