This schedule contains the applicable Terms and Conditions as referred to in and incorporated into Novum Financial Technologies PTE.LTD.’s standard agreement for Merchant Acquiring Services (the “Merchant Acquiring Agreement” or the “Agreement”), which govern the relationship between the Merchant or the E-Merchant (as defined below) and Novum Financial Technologies PTE.LTD. (“Novum”). The provisions of this schedule as amended from time to time are in addition to the terms of the Agreement and form an integral and indivisible part of the Agreement. They describe in detail the policy (rules) and the transactional requirements to be followed by the Merchant for the processing and collection of all Card Not Present Transactions.
