THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the _ day of , 2017, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (“City”), and MARK LATIMER & ASSOCIATES, INC. dba Coda Technology Group, a California corporation (“Contractor”) for the purchase of audio visual equipment, and installation, maintenance, and support services (“Project”).
