is made and entered into by and between the City of Idaho Falls (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, and the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Idaho Falls, also known as the Idaho Falls Redevelopment Agency, an independent public body, corporate and politic, duly organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the State of Idaho, specifically the Idaho Urban Renewal Law of 1965, as amended, Chapter 20, Title 50, Idaho Code (the “Law”), and authorized to transact business and exercise the powers granted by the Law and the Local Economic Development Act, as amended, Chapter 29, Title 50, Idaho Code (the “Act”) (hereinafter referred to as the “IFRA”) (collectively the City and IFRA may be referred to as the “Parties”). The effective date of this Agreement is the date last signed by the Parties.
