This Sales & Repurchase Agreement Hacienda JeanMarie beans (the "Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions, pursuant to which Hacienda JeanMarie LLC, (the "seller and repurchaser"), assigns title to the cacao beans through a sale, and reassigns title through this repurchase agreement. The Agreements to sell and repurchase shall not be separated. In this Agreement, "Buyer", "you", or "your" (or similar) refer to the Buyer, and "we", "us" or "our" (or similar) refer to Hacienda JeanMarie LLC. All references to this "Agreement" include these terms and conditions.
