This Value-Added Reseller Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date Reseller hits the “Accept” button (the “Effective Date”), by and between Path.ai Inc. a Delaware corporation (“Pathr”) with a principal place of business at 530 Showers Drive, STE 7-202, Mountain View, CA 94040, and the person or entity identified on the applicable Order (as defined in Section 3.1) as the value-added reseller (“Reseller”). Each of Pathr and Reseller may be referred to herein as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
