This Agreement for the termination of traffic between EXOP of Missouri, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) certificated to provide local exchange services in the State of Missouri, and United States Cellular Corporation on behalf of its subsidiaries or affiliates licensed by the FCC to provide commercial mobile radio service, with its headquarters at 8410 W. Bryn Mawr Street, Ste. 700, Chicago, II. (collectively, "US Cellular"), effective upon the date this agreement is signed by both parties ("Effective Date"). This Agreement has been executed pursuant to Section 251(b)(5) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. (CLEC and US Cellular are also sometimes referred to herein as “Party" or, collectively, "Parties.")
