THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2019, by and between the COUNTY OF LANCASTER, NEBRASKA, hereinafter referred to as "County", and GREAT PLAINS APPRAISAL COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as "Referee Coordinator". The County and the Referee Coordinator may hereinafter be jointly referred to as the "parties".
