THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between Weyerhaeuser NR Company, a Washington corporation, (“Seller”), and 222 Dexter Ave North, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Buyer”), for the purchase and sale of certain development rights situated in King County, Washington. Buyer and Seller may collectively be referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties,” or individually, as a “Party.” The “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall be the date when the Agreement has been signed by the Parties.
