The parties wish to explore the possibility of engaging in, and may engage in, the purchase of the Pennterra Development a 500+ acre property located at 250 Country Club Road, Carlisle, PA. To accomplish this end, it may be necessary for the parties to exchange certain information considered confidential and proprietary. In order to protect the confidential and proprietary nature of such information, the parties agree as follows:
