This agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions pertaining to the electronic bill payment service offered by Boeing Employees Credit Union (“BECU”). By using BECU’s Web bill payment service (“Bill Payment”), or authorizing others to use it, you agree to these terms and any changes to it that are made from time to time. The terms and conditions in this Agreement are in addition to and modify the terms and conditions of the BECU Account Agreement booklet (“Account Agreement”), which were provided to you upon your application for membership and which you agree governs your rights and obligations when using your share and deposit accounts. To the extent there is a conflict between this Agreement and your Account Agreement, the terms and conditions in this Agreement shall govern. All other features, terms and conditions of the Account Agreement not modified by this Agreement will continue to govern your account.
