This Partner Agreement consists of the terms of the engagement between you, the partner applying to join Okoora’s Partner Program as “Partner” or “you”, and AMP Technologies AG (“Okoora”, “Company”, “we” or “us”) and its wholly or partially owned affiliates (the “Agreement”). Okoora reserves the right to update and modify the Agreement at any time by posting a new agreement on its Website. We will provide reasonable notice by email or via the Partner dashboard in the Partners Portal if a significant change is made. Partners are encouraged to regularly review the Agreement on our website and the Partner Portal for updates or changes that may impact them. Any reference to the Agreement includes all terms and documents incorporated by reference.
