This Annex shall be for the purpose of NASA KSC providing Relativity Space, Inc. with fiber circuit provisioning and per-circuit operation and maintenance services. The services include provisioning (2) dark fiber circuits (Tx/Rx), per-circuit operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoral costs, circuit activations, and consulting support. Communication circuit maintenance (per month cost) is provided as a recurring Information Technology service utility in accordance with this Agreement's Responsibilities and Financial Obligations Articles.
