These Terms of Service, together with your License Agreement (including the Proposal/Pricing section) and other Addenda, form the legally-binding “Agreement” between you, our client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”), and Golf Compete, Inc. d/b/a foreUP (together with our subsidiaries, successors and assigns, “foreUP,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
