Flavor Burst, LLC grants you a personal, nonexclusive, limited license to use of Data contained on this folder. Copies of this Data as necessary for backup and archival purposes is acceptable. All other reproduction and/or distribution is strictly prohibited with one exception: you may lend the original copy of the Data to a service provider or other production facility for the sole purpose of producing goods on your behalf as contracted. Said production may not be for profit and is authorized only for production of finished goods to be used on-site with the Flavor Burst equipment. No party is granted license to use the Data without direct ownership and operation of Flavor Burst equipment. Use of Data in conjunction with non-Flavor Burst-equipment is strictly prohibited. The term Data shall include the Data components, media, all copies made by you, modified versions, updates, additions and copies of the Data licensed to you by Flavor Burst, LLC.
