We are pleased that the individual completing the IWBI advisory application and accepting these terms (“Advisor”) has agreed to apply for one of the advisories of the International WELL Building Institute pbc (“IWBI”). Advisor and IWBI are referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” or collectively as, the “Parties”. These IWBI advisory terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) is effective upon the occurrence of both the acceptance of this Agreement by Advisor and upon acceptance of Advisor by IWBI into the IWBI Advisory Program (the “Effective Date”); and this Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Advisor’s relationship with IWBI and constitutes a binding agreement between Advisor and IWBI.
