These General Conditions of Contract for Suppliers, including the appendices thereof (hereinafter collectively referred to as ”GCC”) form an inseparable part of the individual service, sale-purchase, supply and manufacturing contracts (hereinafter any of these referred to as ”Contract”) entered into by and between SOL-LIGHT Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Company, which is a business organisation registered in Hungary, with a registered seat at H-1077 Budapest, Wesselényi utca 6., and with company registration No.: 01-09-886027 (hereinafter ”Sol-Light”), as customer/buyer, on the one hand, and a service provider and/or seller rendering a service to Sol-Light, on the other hand (hereinafter Partner, while Sol-Light and the Partner hereinafter collectively referred to as ”Parties”, or either of them separately hereinafter referred to as ”Party”), unless Parties expressly exclude the application thereof in writing.
