This agreement is made and entered into by and between _______________________________________ (Landowner) and the Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW), Hunter Outreach Program. WHEREAS the Landowner and the CPW have mutual goals of introducing youth and novice hunters to the outdoors, furthering the objectives of the Hunter Outreach Program by providing unique hunting opportunities, hands-on experiences and providing families the opportunities and privileges associated with hunting.
