This Professional Services Contract is entered into between Doña Ana County, a political subdivision of the state of New Mexico hereinafter referred to as the “County,” and Recovery Innovations, Inc. dba Recovery International, an Arizona non-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” and collectively referred to as the “Parties,” to provide professional services for the operation and administration of the County Crisis Triage Center located at 1050 Copper Loop Drive, Las Cruces, NM 88005.
