AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES This agreement ("Agreement"), dated as of January 1, 2022 (“Effective Date”) is by and between the County of Sonoma, a politica l subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter "County"), and Restorative Resources, a California non-profit corporation (hereinafter "Consultant"). R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it is a duly qualified California non-profit corporation, specializing in providing early intervention and prevention services to juvenile offenders, victims, families and related services; and WHEREAS, in the judgment of the Board of Supervisors, it is necessary and desirable to employ the services of Consultant for delivering Restorative Justice Services for Sonoma County juvenile offenders.
