CONTRACT SCOPE/OVERVIEW: This Contract No. 8520-01 (identified here and in the other documents as the “Contract”) will cover the requirements of Commonwealth agencies for Toiletries. Toiletries being described for the purpose of this contract as: skin care products, hair care products, feminine products, condoms, shaving products, oral hygiene products, optical hygiene products, miscellaneous non- prescription (over-the-counter) items, etc.
