THIS AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of December, 2021 by and between the City of Moab, a municipal corporation, (“the City”) and Future iQ, Inc. (“the Contractor”). The City and the Contractor are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
