The Department of Child Support Services maintains a multiyear commercial lease with Lessor Bei-Scott for property located at 4201440 May Avenue, Santa Cruz. The current lease expires in July 2006 but is subject to extension by mutual agreement. Child Support staff and the County Real Property Division, have updated the commercial lease to conform with current County practices. Board approval of the proposed commercial lease is recommended.
