THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION (“Receiving Agency”), State Agency Number 529, for and on behalf of its facility the Kerrville State Hospital and THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS HEALTH SCIENCE CENTER SAN ANTONIO (“Performing Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract for supervised psychological services (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
