This Affiliation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective on , 20 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), and entered into by and between Alamo Community College District, a public junior college district and a political subdivision of the State of Texas, on behalf of College (hereinafter referred to as “Alamo Colleges”) and (hereinafter referred to as “Facility”), collectively sometimes referred to herein as “the Parties.”
