As set forth in Section 3 of the Short Project Agreement (“Agreement”), initial compensation and salary are subject to good faith negotiation between the Producer and the individual Performer or Background Actor. Stunt Coordinator rates for Daily, Weekly and “Flat Deal” Stunt Coordinators track the rates in Schedule K-I, K-II or K-III of the Basic Agreement that are current at the time of photography.
