This Collective Agreement is intended by the parties to create an environment of choice for both the employer and the employees with respect to the type of employment and the options available. The parties to this Agreement recognise that the clients of McMAH ECHO PTY LTD seek a wide and varied range of employment arrangements and that the type of employment offered to the employees is often made at the request of clients.
