WTO무역관련 지적재산권에 관한 협정 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 제 1 부 PART IGENERAL PROVISIONS AND BASIC PRINCIPLES 일 반규정 및 기본원칙 제 1 조의무의 성격과 범위 Article 1Nature and Scope of Obligations 1. 회원국은 이 협정의 제규정을 실시한다. 회원국은 이 협정의 규정 에 위배되지 아니하는 경우, 자기나라의 법을 통해 이 협정에 의 해서 요구되는 것보다 더 광범위한 보호를 실시할 수 있으나, 그 렇게 할 의무를 지지는 아니한다. 회원국은 자기나라의 고유한 법 제도 및 관행 내에서 이 협정의 제규정에 대한 적절한 이행방법을 자유로이 결정한다. 1. Members shall give effect to the provisions of this Agreement. Members may, but shall not be obliged to, implement in their law more extensive protection than is required by this Agreement, provided that such protection does not contravene the provisions of this Agreement.
