This Contract for Disaster Intervention Services, 790-2020 (Contract) is entered into by and between the FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (Florida Housing), a public corporation and a public body corporate and politic, with headquarters located at 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, FL 32301, and SOCIALSERVE (Contractor), located at 601 East 5th Street, Suite 550, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202. Upon execution by both parties, this Contract shall become effective as of the date the last party signs (Effective Date).
