These Specific Terms and Conditions for IDC Service and any additional attachments, if any (the “Service Annexure”), which will be deemed an integral part hereof for all purposes, when attached to or referenced properly filled out and duly executed by BUYER and SELLER in the Order Form, will constitute an agreement entered between BUYER and SELLER for the provision of IDC Service (for purposes of this Service Annexure, collectively the “IDC Service” or the “Service”).
