This Non-Exclusive License and Material Transfer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into with an effective date as of March 30, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Astellas Pharma Inc., a Japanese company with a principal place of business located at 2-3-11 Nihonbashi-Honcho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-8411, Japan (“Company”), and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
