This Memorandum of Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 23rd day of February, 2017 by and between the Kansas 9-1-1 Coordinating Council (hereinafter “Council” or “the Council”) and Butler County Board of County Commissioners for Butler County Emergency Communications (“Butler”).

WHEREAS, a statewide Next Generation 9-1-1 (hereinafter the “NG911”) system is necessary to meet the public’s expectations that emergency communications are keeping pace with the technological advancements, AND;
