The City and Vendor shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter of the Agreement, and supersedes all prior proposals, Agreements and understandings between the Parties concerning the subject matter of the Agreement. This Agreement can be signed in multiple counterparts and signature may be electronic or digital upon agreement of the Parties.
