Edwards Street, Independence, California, 93526, and Tecopa Hot Springs Conservancy hereinafter called "Concessionaire", whose corporate address is 7223 Linden Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89110 and whose mailing address is P.O. Box 103 Tecopa, CA 92389. The County Administrator or his/her designee shall act on behalf of the County for purposes of this agreement.
