THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Brunswick County, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, (hereinafter referred to as “County” or “Owner”), party of the first part and Geosyntec Consultants of NC, P.C. d/b/a ATM of NC, a North Carolina professional corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “Provider” or “Engineer”), party of the second part.
