This DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is by and between Rancho Sienna KC, LP, a Texas limited partnership (“Developer”) and Williamson County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “County”) (sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”), and is effective on this the day of April, 2008 (the “Effective Date”).
