This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the Ed-Fi Alliance, LLC (“Licensor”), with an address at P.O. Box 161508, Austin, Texas 78716, , a Texas limited liability company exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (“Code”) and the entity employing, or otherwise represented by, the downloading user. (“Licensee”). The Agreement is effective as of the date of such acceptance (“Effective Date”).
