This Settlement Agreement and General Complete Release (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into on this day of December, 2015, between New Mexico State University (“NMSU”) and the Regents of New Mexico State University (collectively, “Defendants”), and Dulcinea Lara, on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated (“Releasors”), and commemorates the agreements reached between the parties after good-faith negotiations between the parties on June 1, 2015 and July 30, 2015.
